Dustin Bailey

Managing Partner, Big Spring Capital

Dustin is the founder and managing partner of Big Spring Capital, a real asset investment company that helps investors preserve and grow their wealth.

After discovering the power of investing in real assets, Dustin quickly became frustrated at the standard investment advice peddled by Wall Street, and developed a passion for bringing institutional-quality investment opportunities to Main Street investors.

Dustin has transacted more than $1.5M in real estate, encompassing long-term rentals, short-term rentals, small multifamily development, and fix-and-flips.

Prior to founding Big Spring Capital, Dustin earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Tennessee, and spent more than a decade in consulting, finance, and tech. He held leadership roles in organizations ranging from Fortune 5 giants to small startups, and was instrumental in scaling a startup to $100M+ in revenue, ultimately culminating in a $3.2B acquisition.
